Payment Information
Hazel Clothes accepts: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

We are required to charge local sales tax in states where Hazel has a physical presence. We collect tax for deliveries to the following states: CA

Sales Tax Information
Sales tax is applied only to orders which originate in California. The tax rate is 9.25% which is the current rate in Los Angeles County.

All other orders are not assessed sales tax.

Shipping & Delivery
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days.

We will happily ship orders to all US states and territories. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FEDEX and cannot be expedited.

International Orders/ Countries/ Taxes & Tariffs

Ex1)Orders shipped to Canada will be assessed our standard delivery charge of $7.95 and an additional $45 for duties and taxes. The additional charge will cover all duties and taxes for entry into Canada.

At this time, we accept orders within the 48 continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico and Canada only. We are unable to accept or ship orders outside the United States and Canada.

Returns & Exchange
1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be unworn and must have its original tags attached. Credit will be issued for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment only. If the order was paid by multiple methods, the refund will be issued first to the credit card, unless otherwise specified. In order to expedite your return or exchange request in a timely manner, please be sure to fill out a Return & Exchange form by downloading it below or request a form by calling our customer care at (323)588-8857 and send it back along with your return package.



2. Complete all parts of the Return Form. Retain your original order invoice/packing list for your records.

3. Pack and seal your merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the completed Return Form. Please note that return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and will not be paid for or refunded by MYHAZEL.COM.

Incorrectly Shipped Items
If an item(s) were shipped incorrectly (i.e. wrong item, color, or size), MYHAZEL.COM will gladly issue a full refund for the purchase price including the shipping cost.

MYHAZEL.COM will send a return shipping label for any such error on our part. Once we receive the item(s) back, the refund will be issued promptly.

MYHAZEL.COM will not be liable for any ordering errors made by the customer. Errors will be validated against the original invoice, and the entire process may take 2-4 weeks.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel any order which has NOT shipped. Any shipped order cannot be cancelled. All cancellation requests must be made by phone; no emailed cancellation requests will be accepted.

Although we will try our best, no guarantees are made that a cancellation request will be fulfilled.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND STILL WISH TO CANCEL:

Please refer to the RETURNS AND EXCHANGE section as the cancellation will be considered as a return.

If you return the order without opening the box, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping. The return shipping cost will have to be paid by you in this instance.
